Intarsia is a type of wood segmentation in which each artwork is unique, truly “one of a kind”. Even if several pieces are made from the same pattern, the use of different wood species and colour creates a new unique artwork each time.
Sometimes combining basic carpentry such as box making and intarsia or fretwork can result in stunning artwork that is both elegant and practical. I also specialize in custom game boards for cribbage, chess, and many types of wood puzzles. Your imagination is the limit.
